You will supervise therapy services and collaborate with therapists, case managers, discharge planners, and QA teams to shape treatment plans.

Qualifications

• LCSW license in good standing in Louisiana.
• Three+ years of full-time psychiatric care experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational skills for high-volume workload.
• Ability to work under supervision and with a team.
• Expertise in therapeutic interventions and de-escalation.

Responsabilités

• Provide supervision and oversight of therapy sessions per treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team on chart reviews and QA.
• Lead discharge and aftercare planning and clinical documentation.
• Offer therapeutic interventions in individual, group, and family settings.
• Maintain culturally sensitive, patient-centered care.
• Oversee psychosocial assessments and ensure accurate clinical notes.
