Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field required; Master's Degree preferred.
• Current Social Work license or certification, if required by state regulations.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or healthcare preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and resident rights.
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care.
