Job summary

Complete Care Management in Bergen County, NJ seeks a Social Worker Director to lead clinical services, identify residents’ psychosocial needs, and supervise care plans.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to protect residents’ rights, address abuse as required by law, and ensure compassionate, compliant care. A Bachelor's in social work (or related field) plus supervised social work experience and an active LSW/CSW license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field
• 1 year of supervised social work experience in a health care setting working directly with individuals
• 1 year of long-term care experience

Responsibilities

• Help to identify residents’ psychosocial, mental, and emotional needs.
• Complete Social History and Psychosocial assessment of residents.

Annual Salary: $80K-$85K/year (based on experience and licensure)

Social Worker Director Responsibilities:

• Help to identify residents’ psychosocial, mental, and emotional needs.
• Complete Social History and Psychosocial assessment of residents.

• Prevent and address resident abuse as mandated by law and professional licensure.

Social Worker Director Qualifications:

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in social work or another human services field to include, but not limited to, sociology, gerontology, special education, rehabilitation counseling, or psychology.
• One year of supervised social work experience in a health care setting working directly with individuals.
• 1 year of long-term care experience

Social Worker Director License Requirements:

• Must have an active/ valid LSW or CSW
