Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher OR two years or more of full-time college coursework.
• One year of full-time college coursework AND one year or more of experience providing direct client services.
• Two (2) years or more of experience providing direct client services.

Responsibilities

• Assist Family Services Workers and the District Office in case management and client services.
• Gather information for case files and provide administrative support.
• Interact with clients during visits and transport children and clients when needed.
• Support scheduling and accompany clients to appointments as required.
