Job summary

COX HEALTHCARE LTD. is seeking an entry-level Social Services Assistant in Tulsa, OK. Qualifications

• Entry-level position with on-the-job training in case management.
• Familiar with programs and resources for clients.
• Ability to document and track client interactions and services.

Responsibilities

• Interview clients to understand needs.
• Share information about programs and community resources.
• Work with more experienced social/human services workers to find solutions.
• Screen clients for program eligibility.
• Provide administrative support, such as filling out service paperwork for clients.
• Schedule interviews between clients and service providers.
• Follow up with clients and keep records of conversations.
