Job summary

Monroeville Post Acute is a 131-bed post-acute care facility located at 885 MacBeth Dr., Monroeville. The team is dedicated to treating residents like family and advancing together in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in caring for residents by ensuring care plans meet needs and families are kept informed.
• Work under the supervision of the Social Services Director to ensure compliance with state, federal, and local standards.

Your day to day:

You’ll provide assistance in caring for our residents by ensuring care plans meet their needs and they and their families are communicated with effectively. You’ll work under supervision of our Social Services Director to ensure compliance with current state, federal, and local standards.
