Job summary

Monroeville Post Acute is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support patient evaluation and treatment, and to communicate with families, physicians and the health team. You will maintain thorough documentation in medical records and coordinate care within a busy post-acute setting.

Requirements include a valid PA licensure and ongoing continuing education. PCC and Casamba experience are preferred, and PRN opportunities exist within our network of eight facilities regionally.

Qualifications

• Successful Candidates Will Have: degree in associated field of practice.
• Current, unencumbered license to practice in PA.
• Experience with PCC and Casamba preferred.
