• No Civil Service test score is required to be considered for this vacancy.

Responsibilities

• Determine Eligibility for Economic Stability Programs by gathering, analyzing, and documenting client information and applying laws and policies.
• Provide Quality Customer Service and Program Guidance with respectful, unbiased service and cultural sensitivity.
• Manage and Document Caseloads and Case Activity with accurate forms, findings, and timely updates.
