Qualifications

• Three years of experience in social services; OR six years of full-time experience in any field; OR a bachelor's degree.
• Experience substitution: 30 semester hours equals one year of experience; max 120 semester hours substitutes for four years.
• Location: Region 6 includes Avoyelles, Catahoula, Rapides, Vernon, Winn; responsibilities cover eligibility, case management, and policy guidance.

Responsibilities

• Determine Eligibility for Economic Stability Programs by gathering, analyzing, and documenting client information.
• Provide Quality Customer Service and Program Guidance with respectful, unbiased service.
• Manage and Document Caseloads and Case Activity with accurate records.
