Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma.
• Experience: 0–2 years (progressive work in Social Services) or substitution with 1–3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Transports clients to appointments, visitations, treatment centers, and foster care facilities.
• Set up visitation schedules and supervise parental visits.
• Conduct parenting classes and provide client services.
• Document all contacts and case activities; maintain WYOSAFE data accuracy.
• Obtain medical records and arrange medical appointments per policy.
