The ideal candidate will have a JD, be admitted to at least one state bar, and possess experience handling hearings before Administrative Law Judges, with strong communication and writing skills.

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school is required.
• Active license with at least one US state bar.
• Experience handling Social Security Disability hearings.
• Existing Social Security Representative ID preferred.
• Strong communication, advocacy and client-relations skills.
