Job summary

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. seeks an experienced Social Security Disability Attorney to join its fast-growing practice in Phoenix.

You’ll represent clients through all stages of their SSD claims, prepare hearings, and advocate before Administrative Law Judges while delivering compassionate, effective service. You don’t need a decade of practice; a drive to win, strong writing and client relationships, and an active state bar license are essential.

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school and active bar status in at least one state.
• Experience handling Social Security Disability hearings is preferred.
• Strong writing, advocacy, and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent Social Security Disability clients through all stages of claims.
• Prepare clients for hearings and advocate before Administrative Law Judges.
• Manage a substantial caseload while maintaining exceptional client service.
• Collaborate with case managers and support staff to move cases forward.
• Develop legal strategy, prepare evidence, and build compelling cases.
• Support clients through difficult phases of their lives with empathy.

• Represent Social Security Disability clients through all stages of their claims
• Prepare clients for hearings and advocate on their behalf before Administrative Law Judges
• Manage a substantial caseload while maintaining exceptional client service
• Work closely with experienced case managers and support staff to efficiently move cases forward
• Develop legal strategy, prepare evidence, and build compelling cases for clients

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active license and good standing with at least one US state bar
• Prior experience handling Social Security Disability hearings
• Existing Social Security Representative ID (preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage a high-volume caseload
• Outstanding communication, advocacy, and client relationship skills
• Strong writing, organizational, and case management abilities
