Summary

Morgan & Morgan is looking for an experienced attorney with a background in Social Security Disability to join its growing practice in Phoenix. The Social Security Disability Attorney will handle a heavy case load and must have at least 2 years of social security disability and hearings experience.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the case process
• Attendance and preparation for hearings and court appearances
• Day-to-day handling of active case load
• Properly delegating work and responsibilities between a team of case staff

• An active member in good standing with the State Bar Association
