Job summary

Confidential Employer in Enterprise, Alabama is seeking an attorney to represent clients pursuing Social Security Disability benefits (SSDI/SSI). You will advocate through claims, hearings, and appeals, prepare arguments, review medical records, and work with paralegals and staff to build effective cases in a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment.

Applicants must hold a JD and be admitted in AL, GA, TN, or FL. Newly licensed attorneys are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing in AL, GA, TN, or FL.
• Experience in Social Security Disability or disability hearings is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients pursuing SSDI and SSI benefits.
• Advocate through disability claims, hearings, and appeals.
• Prepare and present clients at hearings before ALJs.
• Review medical records, employment histories, and vocational evidence to build case strategies.
• Prepare legal arguments, briefs, hearing memoranda, and appeals.
• Communicate with clients, explain processes, and guide important decisions.
• Collaborate with paralegals, case managers, and assistants to manage cases efficiently.
• Build expertise in Social Security Disability law and deliver results for clients.
