Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral or social science, or equivalent combination.
• Four years of appropriate experience demonstrating knowledge of the behavioral or social sciences.
• GS-13 specialized experience including applying social science methods and statistics to analyze taxpayer behavior and prepare reports.
• Time After Competitive Appointment (TACA) requirements and Time in Grade (TIG) requirements as per OPM standards.
