Job summary

Resonads GmbH in Germany is seeking an Online Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to monitor and optimize client campaigns on Google and Meta, and to plan, set up, and scale pay‑per‑click advertising on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.

You will analyze performance using Google Analytics, Lookerstudio and Supermetrics, report findings, and work in a structured, data‑driven environment with opportunities for development and career growth.

Qualifications

Analytical thinking and enjoyment of working with numbers.
Ideally, initial experience in social media advertising, especially on Facebook and YouTube.
Basic knowledge of marketing tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
Strong communication skills in German and English.
Organized work style and ability to follow prescribed processes.

Responsibilities

Setting up and running pay-per-click advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube
Monitoring relevant marketing metrics and campaign optimization
Optimizing and scaling pay-per-click advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube
Data-based analysis of campaign performance and reporting with tools such as Google Analytics, Lookerstudio and Supermetrics
