OFF THE HOUSE Marketing Agency in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Social Media Specialist to create engaging content, develop social strategies, and manage daily activities on-site in Henderson. You will collaborate with the marketing team to tailor content for 4-5 clients, monitor trends, report KPIs, and produce video/photo content that elevates brand voices across platforms.

This full-time role reports to the Marketing Manager and Head of Social & Marketing Strategy, with 50% health/dental/vision

Qualifications

• Experience creating engaging social media content for multiple clients.
• Ability to develop and implement social media strategies that align with client goals.
• Strong writing ability for captions, hooks, and on-brand messaging.
• Competence in producing video/photo content optimized for social platforms.

Responsabilités

• Execute daily posting and scheduling for 4-5 client accounts.
• Write engaging captions and tailor voice to each client.
• Own social media campaigns from concept to execution, including shot lists and collaboration with the team.
• Manage community engagement (comments, DMs, brand mentions) and monitor trends.
• Prepare weekly KPI dashboards for clients and report results.
