BairesDev is seeking a Social Media Specialist to plan, create, and manage content across our social channels. You will expand our online presence, engage audiences, and translate brand messaging into compelling posts.

You will build content calendars, monitor performance with analytics, and contribute to a vibrant, remote-first marketing team that values growth and diverse perspectives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in social media management or digital content creation.
• Hands-on experience managing business profiles across major social media platforms.
• Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone for different platforms and audiences.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple content streams.

Responsibilities
