Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Social Media Specialist to support planning, creation, and management of content across our social media channels. You will play a key role in growing our online presence, engaging audiences, and translating brand messaging into compelling social content.

You will create calendars with marketing and brand priorities, monitor performance, and provide regular reports with insights and optimization recommendations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in social media management or digital content creation.
• Hands-on experience managing business profiles across major social media platforms.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms and audiences.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple content streams.

Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and Facebook.
• Monitor social channels, respond to comments and messages, and maintain a consistent brand voice.
