Responsibilities

  • Serve as the day-to-day social lead for our new development partners across every active project.
  • Present monthly and campaign content calendars to stakeholders, walk them through the concepts behind the work, and manage feedback, revisions, and approvals to deadline.
  • Run recurring status calls and keep partners current on what is shooting, what is scheduled, what is live, and what is performing.
  • Build and maintain a distinct content calendar for each active development, sequenced against launch dates, sales milestones, events, press moments, and campaign windows.
  • Manage a high volume of concurrent deadlines across the portfolio without letting any project go dark.
  • Own the pipeline from concept through approval through publication, including asset gathering, copy, scheduling, and delivery.
  • Maintain content pipelines and project status inside established team systems so progress is visible to partners and to the marketing organization.
  • Translate each development's positioning and design story into a distinct social voice that holds up next to the building's own brand.
  • Hold both SERHANT. brand standards and developer brand guidelines across every asset, caption, and channel.
  • Track what is working across luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, and design social, and bring formats back that raise the standard of the portfolio.
  • Concept, shoot, and edit organic social-first content covering property, amenities, neighborhood, lifestyle, sales gallery, model residences, events, and partner activations.
  • Produce short-form video for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, with a strong grasp of platform-native pacing and format.
  • Capture fast-turn content around launches, milestones, broker events, and partner activations.
  • Direct on-camera talent, including agents, sales directors, and developer partners, and pull usable story out of an interview.
  • Prepare, schedule, QA, and publish content across project and SERHANT. channels, ensuring captions, tags, collaborators, metadata, formatting, and applicable disclosures are accurate.
  • Monitor project channels for comments, inquiries, and engagement, routing sales inquiries to the right team quickly.

About the Role

SERHANT. New Development runs multiple active projects at once. Each one carries its own new development partner, brand standards, approval chain, launch timeline, and content calendar. The Social Media Specialist, New Development owns social media for that portfolio end to end, from the calendar a developer signs off on to the post that goes live.

Reporting to the Director of Integrated Marketing, this person is the day‑to‑day social lead for every active development in the portfolio. They work directly with developer partners and their marketing teams, with New Development sales teams on site, and with SERHANT. Studios, the Content Marketing Manager, and the Content Publishing & Distribution Lead inside the centralized marketing organization.

This is a client‑facing role. The person in this seat presents calendars, runs status calls, manages approvals, and reports on results. It is built for someone who has already worked in a high‑volume agency or client‑services environment, can hold a standard under deadline pressure, and can shoot and edit their own content when the moment calls for it.

Responsibilities
Client and Developer Partnership

Serve as the day‑to‑day social point of contact for our new development partners across every active project.

Use AI and automation tools to speed ideation, copy variation, asset organization, and reporting.

Qualifications

2+ years of professional experience in social media, content production, or content marketing, including at least one year in a client‑facing or account‑facing environment.

Agency experience across lifestyle, hospitality, luxury, or design brands is strongly preferred. New development, real estate, or architecture marketing experience is a plus.
