Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
• Proficiency in English (spoken & written) is essential; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
• Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
• Creative mindset with an eye for visual content; familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage and create engaging content for the school's social media channels.
• Capture high-quality pictures and videos during school events and activities for use on social media and other digital platforms.
• Edit and produce multimedia content (images, videos, stories) that aligns with the school's brand and values.
• Analyze and report on social media performance using analytics tools to optimize content strategies.
• Develop and execute social media campaigns that align with the school's goals and vision.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Handle online engagement and foster a positive online community for the school.
