Job summary

Corteva is seeking a Social Media Specialist to drive brand awareness and engagement across our US social channels. You will work with Marketing Communications and creative teams to produce compelling content and manage influencer relationships while monitoring conversations to draw actionable insights.

You will analyze performance data and collaborate with US Marketing to maintain a calendar of engaging content, with a flexible work arrangement allowing 1–4 days remote.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • 3+ years in social media management for a medium-to-large org or agency.
  • Experience with Sprout Social or similar tools.

Responsibilities

  • Implement organic social media campaigns to drive product awareness and engagement.
  • Develop engaging content with Marketing Communications and creative teams.
  • Build relationships with influencers and key audiences.
  • Monitor conversations and extract insights to inform strategy.

Social Media Specialist

Full job description: At Corteva Agriscience, you will help us grow what is next. What You'll Do
  • Implement organic social media campaigns to drive product awareness, brand affinity, thought leadership, customer care, and community engagement.
  • Work alongside the Marketing Communications team and creative resources to develop engaging content.
  • Help build relationships with influencers and key audiences, including farmers, media, agriculture associations, crop protection retailers, and advocates.
  • Listen and respond to social media conversations and draw insights from broader conversations about our industry and other focus areas.
  • Assist in efforts to analyze, report, and recommend improvements to social media strategy and implementation to meet the demands of an evolving landscape.
  • Collaborate with others within US Marketing to establish and oversee a calendar of compelling content for distribution on the US commercial social media channels.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of social media management experience in a medium-to-large organization or agency.
  • Proficiency with social media management and listening tools such as Sprout Social.
  • Proficiency building reports using data from social media channels and other sources.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet aggressive deadlines.
  • Comfortable with technology and excellent computer aptitude (Microsoft Office; willingness to learn other applications).
  • Effective communicator with proven experience working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, team environment.

  • Previous knowledge and experience within the Agricultural industry.
Work Authorization & Relocation

VISA sponsorship is not available for this position. A relocation package is not offered.
