What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create and distribute engaging written or graphic content for e-newsletters, web pages, blogs, and social media
- Research and adapt social marketing opportunities to fit client needs
- Stay informed on current and emerging technologies and trends in social media and design tools
- Develop dynamic strategies to increase followers and engage customers consistently
- Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for social media, content marketing, SEO, and social advertising efforts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent knowledge of various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, and TikTok
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills to measure marketing performance
- 2+ years of experience building social presence for global consumer brands
- Experience with social media management platforms, preferably Hootsuite
- Ability to work 40 hours per week from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PT
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience handling social media presence for both B2B and B2C clientele
- A successful track record of building strong social momentum and brand loyalty
- Working knowledge of the blogging ecosystem relevant to a company's field
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), and communication skills
- Openness to feedback and collaboration from management and team members
