What You’ll Do
Responsibilities
Social Media & Strategy Implementation
  • Plan and implement social media strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement by targeting specific audiences and key market segments.
  • Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including written posts, visuals, videos and interactive elements to increase target audience engagement and loyalty.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, platform updates and emerging influencer marketing strategies to ensure the company remains competitive and takes innovative approaches.
Influencer Partnerships & Collaboration
  • Identify influencers and content creators and work with them to develop partnerships and create authentic sponsored content that aligns with the brand's values and goals.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales and creative departments, to align social media activities with overall marketing and business strategies.
Analytics & Resource Management
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and insights to optimize content, campaigns and influencer partnerships by tracking key metrics and return on investment.
  • Effectively manage social media budgets, schedules, and resources to maximize campaign impact and deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Monitor and report social media and influencer marketing trends, successes and opportunities, provide regular updates and recommendations for continuous improvement.
What You’ll Need
About You
  • University degree or undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, or comparable professional experience.
  • 1-3 years of initial or extended professional experience in social media, marketing, or content creation.
  • In-depth knowledge of using social media platforms, tools, and analysis tools to develop and implement effective campaigns and maintain community engagement.
  • Experience in identifying and engaging influencers, negotiating partnerships, and measuring the impact of collaborations.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate performance data, track key metrics, and gain actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of budgeting policies and project management skills to effectively allocate resources and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Physical Requirements
  • Most work is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment.
  • Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time at a desk or computer terminal.
  • May use keyboards, telephone, and standard office equipment in the course of a normal workday.
  • Stooping, bending, twisting, and reaching may be required in the completion of job duties.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
