Job summary

Vocal Media, Inc. is seeking an experienced Social Media Strategist to lead day-to-day operations of client programs, managing a team of social media managers, while ensuring seamless program execution and client satisfaction.

You will serve as the primary operational lead for client accounts, balancing staff management, program logistics, client communication, and strategic guidance in a fully remote, nationwide setup.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of social media experience in agency or brand settings.
• 2+ years in a management or program coordination role.
• Experience managing social media accounts across platforms.
• Proven track record of managing teams and client relationships.
• Experience with social impact campaigns and purpose-driven initiatives.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube content strategies.
• Experience with performance tracking, reporting, and data analysis.
• Familiarity with AI tools and workflow optimization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of strategists to execute social media programs with coaching and performance development.
• Monitor content output and performance across client accounts with metrics tracking.
• Foster a positive, inclusive team culture while maintaining high standards of work quality.
• Manage program operations including budgets, analytics, and onboarding social media managers.
• Collaborate with internal departments on administrative requirements and tools.
• Produce client-facing reports showing ROI and program performance.
• Lead weekly client meetings and act as the primary day-to-day contact.
