Prudential Financial seeks an Associate Manager, Social Media Operations to lead the day‑to‑day operation and evolution of Prudential’s social media model. You’ll oversee publishing, governance, tagging, and asset management while coordinating with Marketing, Legal, Analytics, and agencies.

The role emphasizes improving workflows, scaling execution, and translating learnings into actionable recommendations for the broader social system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 3–5 years of experience in social media/marketing fields.
• Hands-on experience supporting social channels, publishing workflows and editorial calendars.
• Familiarity with social platforms, tagging, analytics, and governance; Sprinklr preferred.
• Strong project management, organizational and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of Prudential’s owned social channels and operations.
• Coordinate publishing calendars, assets, copy, links, disclosures and approvals.
• Ensure content packages are launch-ready with all assets and metadata.
• Partner with teams across Legal, Compliance, Paid Media, Analytics and Agencies.
