Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of related work experience.
• Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience supporting, configuring, or integrating enterprise technology platforms, including troubleshooting complex application and system issues.
• Working knowledge of APIs, system integrations, data flows, and web technologies, with the ability to diagnose issues across interconnected platforms.

Responsibilities

• Designs, implements, and deploys technology platforms that support business needs.
• Provides advanced technical support and helps ensure the reliable operation of production environments.
• Develops technical standards and evaluates vendor products and new technologies.
• Elevates code into development, test, and production environments on schedule and documents changes.
• Learns client area business functions and determines appropriate technical tools.
• Trains and mentors junior staff and maintains department documentation.
• Performs systems analysis including requirements analysis and design.
• Participates in special projects and other duties as assigned.
