RAWSO Constructors in Murfreesboro, TN seeks a creative Social Media & Marketing Manager to own our content from concept to publication, telling the RAWSO story with video, photos, and copy. You will work both in the office and on active job sites, capturing employee stories, events, and equipment in action.

The role requires hands-on videography, photography, editing, and storytelling with a portfolio. Travel to Middle Tennessee sites is expected, and a valid license is required.

We're looking for a creative, motivated, and hands-on Social Media & Marketing Manager to help tell the RAWSO story!

In this role, you'll own our social media content from concept to publication, capturing everything from employee experiences and company events to heavy equipment and construction projects. You'll spend time both in the office and out in the field, helping showcase what makes RAWSO unique.

What You'll Do

• Create, film, edit, and publish engaging videos, photos, and social media content.
• Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube, publishing content three to five days per week and adapting content across platforms.
• Monitor comments, messages, tags, and mentions; respond appropriately and direct sensitive matters to the right person.
• Visit active construction sites to capture project progress, employee stories, and equipment in action.
• Capture drone photography and videography to document construction projects.
• Write engaging captions and collaborate with project teams on case studies, blog posts, and website content that support business development and search visibility.
• Produce our monthly employee newsletter and support company events and employee recognition initiatives.
• Coordinate branded apparel, promotional merchandise, and marketing materials.
• Track social media performance and identify creative ways to improve engagement.

What You Bring to the Team

• Experience creating and managing social media content, including videos you've personally filmed and edited.
• Strong photography, videography, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Creativity, initiative, and the ability to manage projects independently.
• Willingness to travel to jobsites throughout Middle Tennessee.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to obtain an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate within 90 days of employment and before independently conducting company drone flights. RAWSO covers training and exam costs. Prior drone experience or certification is not required to apply.
• Ability to successfully complete required pre-employment screening.

Bonus Points: Two or more years of relevant experience, graphic design skills, drone experience, or familiarity with social media analytics and website content management.

No college degree or construction experience required! We're looking for someone with creativity, a strong portfolio, and a willingness to learn.

Work Environment & Schedule

This position is based in our Murfreesboro office with regular visits to active construction sites throughout Middle Tennessee.

Work is primarily during normal business hours, with occasional weekend events and attention to time-sensitive social media activity outside regular hours. Schedule adjustments for weekend events are coordinated with your supervisor.
