Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Ability to write clear, concise content for digital channels.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and publishing tools; analytics experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Design graphics, campaign visuals, templates, thumbnails, and other assets.
• Support recruiting and employee storytelling through content planning and campaigns.
• Write social copy and content concepts with strong messaging and visuals.
• Translate complex topics into accessible content through visuals and short videos.
• Capture and edit photo/video content for events and campaigns; travel as needed.
• Monitor conversations, engage followers, and support community growth.
• Assist with campaign reporting and content audits to improve engagement.
