Gradus Sports, Inc. is seeking a motivated marketing-oriented intern to help build the future of athlete development. You will concept, write, and produce short-form video, graphics, and copy for sports and tech audiences, while planning multi-channel campaigns.
Hours are fully flexible and project-based around milestones, with a $2,000 per semester stipend plus commission tied to campaign results. Prior internship or leadership experience is a plus, and student-athletes are favored.

Concept, write, and produce short-form video (Reels/TikToks), graphics, and copy designed to engage sports and tech audiences.
Plan and launch multi-channel marketing initiatives to drive platform growth, increase brand awareness, and support revenue-generating efforts.
Actively manage social interactions, field inquiries, and cultivate relationships with micro-influencers, student-athletes, and industry partners.
Monitor weekly social metrics, track campaign conversions, and leverage data insights to refine outreach strategies.
Track emerging trends in sports tech and entrepreneurship to pitch dynamic, culturally relevant content ideas.
Strong interest in sports, sports technology, or entrepreneurship. Majors in Communications, PR, Marketing, or Business are typical, but all majors with strong communication skills are welcome.
Ideally a Junior or Senior with prior internship, student leadership, or business experience. This role requires immediate initiative and is not intended as a first-time job.
Strong preference given to student-athletes who demonstrate solid academic standing and strong time-management skills.
$2,000 per semester stipend + commission tied to campaign results.
