Job description

We’re hiring a versatile and results-driven social marketer who understands the blend of art and science to have performant results behind building communities, running socials campaigns, and nurturing audiences.

This role calls for someone who can move fluidly between creative production, performance tracking, audience engagement, and growth experimentation — all with a deep respect for data, iteration, and storytelling.

Social Media Marketing & Community Growth

  • Creating UGC, Manage posting, scheduling, and engagement across their socials (IG, Tiktok is a must).
  • Grow and interact with communities and accounts through DMs, comments, Facebook Groups, and other channels.
  • Coordinate timely campaigns around product launches or seasonal pushes.

Creative Production & Iteration

  • Design and edit content (static + video) using tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar.
  • Work with AI-generated media, influencer UGC, or internal production pipelines to develop scroll-stopping creatives.
  • Evaluate campaign success and iterate rapidly to improve performance.
  • Work with Product and Engineering to optimize your workflows

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–4 years experience in influencer marketing, social media, ideally in UGC content
  • Solid understanding of the B2C customer journey and how to optimize content for conversion.
  • Strong analytical thinking and a collaborative, cross-functional approach.

Good to have

  • Experience organizing or marketing events, webinars, or product demos.

  • Remote-friendly: Work fully from home/cafe as long as you get your work done.
  • The team is a mix of Vietnamese, Malaysian, Singaporean, Indonesian. We converse in English as a team.

  • Regular team check-ins, async flexibility, and performance that rewards smart work — not just long hours.

Compensation & Perks:

- Base hours : 20 hours a week (0.5 FT)

- Bonuses

i) Performance and project-based bonuses (min. 20%+ of base, calculated and paid every 6 months)

ii) Group performance bonus opportunities based on team results (min. 10%+ of base, calculated and paid every 6 months)
