Dezer Development’s Dezerland Park Orlando is seeking a highly creative Social Media Manager to lead the park’s digital presence. You will develop strategies, create engaging content, and drive ticket sales across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.

The role requires strong photography/videography skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to balance storytelling with strategic marketing in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional social media management or content creation experience.
• Experience managing business social media accounts with proven audience growth.
• Strong photography and videography skills.
• Experience creating viral or high‑performing short‑form content is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and related editing software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms.
• Build and maintain the park’s brand voice across all channels.
• Create and manage monthly social media calendars linked to promotions, events, and campaigns.
• Increase follower growth, engagement, reach, and conversion metrics.
• Monitor trends and viral opportunities to keep the brand relevant.
• Collaborate with internal departments to promote attractions, events, and experiences.
• Capture high‑quality photo and video content throughout the park.
• Produce short‑form videos for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and more.
• Edit and produce content optimized for each platform.
• Maintain visual identity and content quality across channels.
• Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage online reputation.
• Analyze performance metrics and generate insights for optimization.
• Attend marketing meetings and contribute creative ideas.
