TomoCredit, Inc. in San Francisco is seeking a Paid Social Media Specialist to join our marketing team. This entry-level role focuses on executing and optimizing paid social campaigns while learning hands-on from an experienced, supportive group.

You will craft ad copy and visuals, run A/B tests, monitor daily spend, analyze results, and report insights. This onsite position offers growth in the FinTech space with a collaborative, fast-paced startup culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Ability and familiarity with video editing for social content.
• Internship or relevant experience in digital marketing or paid social is a plus.
• Familiarity with major platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Experience with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute paid social media campaigns following strategic guidance from senior marketing team members.
• Create compelling ad copy and visual assets tailored to specific audiences.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad copy and creatives to improve performance.
