Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a localized social media strategy aligned with the company’s overall marketing goals.
  • Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms.
  • Create, localize, and schedule engaging, relevant, and informative content in both Japanese and English.
  • Monitor social media channels for inquiries.
  • Collaborate with designers, video editors, and content creators to deliver high-quality assets.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rate, reach, follower growth, and conversions.
  • Prepare regular reports on social media performance and suggest optimizations.
  • Coordinate with the compliance team to ensure all content adheres to financial regulations and internal standards.
  • Stay current with social media trends, competitor activity, and relevant market developments in Japan.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the financial services.
  • Native-level Japanese language skills and fluency in English (spoken and written).
