An innovative digital agency is seeking a talented Instagram Manager to enhance their clients' social media presence. This role involves developing content strategies, creating engaging posts, and analyzing performance metrics to drive growth. You will collaborate with a creative team to ensure brand consistency while engaging with followers in real-time. Key Responsibilities:
• Content Planning & Strategy:
• Develop and maintain a monthly Instagram content calendar.
• Align content with the clients brand voice, goals, and audience interests.
• Content Creation & Editing:
• Edit and optimize Reels and Stories using mobile or desktop editing tools.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure visual consistency.
• Publishing & Engagement:
• Post daily content to the Instagram feed.
• Post and update Instagram Stories in real-time, engaging with followers through polls, Q&As, etc.
• Respond to comments and DMs when required.
• Analytics & Reporting:
• Track performance of posts, Stories, and Reels.
• Provide weekly and monthly analytics reports with insights and suggestions.
Preferred candidate profile
• 1+ year experience managing Instagram accounts (brand or agency-side preferred).
• Strong grasp of Instagram trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
• Proficiency in Reels editing and visual content creation.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Instagram Insights.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
