Social Media Manager & Content Creator (TikTok & Instagram) – In-Person | Cosmetic Surgery Practice | Peachtree Corners, GA

We are seeking a creative, results-driven Social Media Manager & Content Creator to lead our digital presence across TikTok and Instagram. This is an in-person role based in Atlanta, GA, perfect for someone passionate about storytelling, aesthetics, and digital engagement.

Who You Are:

You're a dynamic digital marketer who thrives on capturing real-time content, has a sharp design eye, and knows how to make content trend. You understand that a powerful post starts with a compelling story—and you’re ready to tell ours.

What You'll Do:

• Be on-site during surgery days and post op days to record and produce captivating pre-op, intra-op, and post-op content.
• Obtain compelling stories of how their surgery impactfully changes the way they feel about their appearance
• Manage and grow our TikTok and Instagram presence through strategic posting, creative reels, and high-impact visuals.
• Design brand-consistent graphics using Adobe Illustrator and other tools in the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Curate and publish engaging content (photos, videos, captions, stories).
• Monitor and respond to comments and DMs to build community engagement.
• Track performance metrics and deliver actionable reports to optimize campaigns.
• Stay ahead of social trends and identify new opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record managing Instagram and TikTok accounts for a brand.
• Strong visual storytelling, photography, and short-form video editing skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and related design software.
• Experience in cosmetic or plastic surgery marketing is a major plus.
• A flexible schedule to be present for content creation during surgery days.
• Excellent grammar, spelling, and attention to detail.

Compensation: Independent Contractor: $1,500–$2,000 per month depending on experience and qualifications.

Location: Peachtree Corners, GA (In-person role, flexible hours depending on surgery and post op schedule)
