The Role:

We need a Social Media Manager + Content Creator who can handle it all—video shoots, photos, editing, and posting. You’ll create content that engages, excites, and drives action. Plumbing may not be glamorous, but with the right touch, it can be!

The Goal: Drive customers using Social Media to pick up the phone and use Do It Right Plumbers as their plumbing solution.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in Social Media Management, including analytics, budgeting, and metric forecasting, with a focus on revenue growth.
• A link to your best work (no downloads), showcasing both creative and analytical skills.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan, shoot, and edit videos/photos to showcase our work and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Brainstorm and execute creative campaigns to boost engagement.
• Stay ahead of trends and tweak strategies based on performance.

Who You Are:

• 3+ years in content creation and social media management.
• Experienced with Meta & YouTube Paid Ads.
• Pro at video/photo shooting and editing (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom).
• A social media expert who knows how to make content stand out.
• A creative problem solver who’s great at time management and collaboration.
• Bonus: Experience with brands outside the "cool" industries.
