Job summary

Vergara Homes, a design-build firm in the NYC metro, seeks a Social Media Manager / Content Creator to capture project content on-site, edit videos and photos, and craft engaging social media narratives. You will collaborate with the design and construction teams to showcase luxury projects across Youtube, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.

The role requires 2+ years in video editing and 1+ year in Photoshop/photo editing, with proficiency in Premiere Pro CC 2020 and Photoshop.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of video editing experience.
• 1+ years of Photoshop/photo editing experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2020 and Photoshop (After Effects preferred but not necessary).
• Familiarity with CapCut and Final Cut Pro X.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality content at project sites to showcase the process, design and finished spaces.
• Edit videos and photos to a professional standard for social platforms and client showcases.
• Manage and schedule social media posts across platforms with minimal supervision.

We are a Design Build Firm specializing in luxury home design and residential General Construction in the NYC Metropolitan Region. Youtube, Instagram , Tik Tok, and Pinterest, Facebook Vergara Homes is one of the top online entities for Tool Reviews, Demos, and Construction related Comedic Content. We are looking for a talented Social Media Manager / Content Creator who is not only skilled at what they do but has a passion for it. Applicants must be able to create content, which includes editing videos and photos to a professional level, creating graphic design through photoshop and after effects, and follow trends on social platforms. Must be organized, especially when it comes to file structure, logging footage, and creating social media schedules. Must be motivated, self starting, and able to manage social platforms with little supervision. Must be independent and able to take lead on projects.

Works with Social Media Team, Architectural Team, and Construction Team

What We Need From You:

We are seeking a creative and detail-orientedSocial Media Manager / Content Creatorto join our team and showcase the stunning projects of a leading design build firm. In this role, you will follow the designer/project manager to various project sites, capturing high-quality content that highlights the process, design expertise, construction process, and finished spaces. Your work will play a critical role in building our brand's online presence and engaging our audience.

Education and/or Experience:

2+ Years of Video Editing Experience

1+ Years of Photoshop/Photo editing experience

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere CC 2020 and Photoshop (After Effects preferred but not necessary)

Familiarity with Capcut and Final Cut Pro X
