Mission

DoorLoop is hiring a Social Media Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind DoorLoop’s organic social media presence. You’ll own our content calendar across platforms, increase engagement and brand loyalty, support lead generation efforts, and be the voice of the brand in public interactions. This is a highly cross-functional role that combines strategy, execution, community management, and analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and Execute the Social Media Content Calendar: Own and execute a monthly content calendar for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, and more maintaining a blend of prospect, customer and candidate content. Schedule posts in advance, aligned with campaigns, product launches, and marketing goals. Maintain a consistent posting cadence across all platforms. Collaborate with design, product, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Grow Organic Engagement and Build Community: Create engaging, share-worthy content and campaigns that boost likes, shares, and comments. Drive follower growth and encourage user-generated content. Launch interactive campaigns or events to deepen community connection (polls, contests, Q&As, etc.). Respond to comments and spark meaningful conversations with followers.
  • Drive Lead and MQL Generation Through Social: Craft compelling CTAs and campaigns that drive traffic to lead-gen pages. Increase the volume and quality of leads generated from organic social channels. Analyze performance to optimize conversion strategies and content ROI.
  • Monitor and Respond to Social Comments and Reviews: Respond promptly to social comments, DMs, and reviews. Address user inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate feedback when needed. Maintain DoorLoop’s tone of voice in all public-facing interactions.
  • Monitor Brand Sentiment, Competitors, and Trends: Track brand sentiment and analyze social trends using industry tools. Deliver insights and recommendations to inform social strategy. Monitor competitors and emerging trends to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience managing multi-platform social media strategy for B2B, SaaS, or high-growth brands.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute content calendars across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms—consistently meeting deadlines and aligning with broader campaigns.
  • Demonstrated success in growing social channels and increasing organic engagement (likes, comments, shares, and followers).
  • Creative thinker with experience designing interactive campaigns (e.g., polls, raffles, Q&As) that foster community participation and user-generated content.
  • Skilled in driving lead and MQL generation through organic social efforts by integrating CTAs, landing pages, and optimized conversion strategies.
  • Proficient in analytics and social tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Brandwatch, Sprout Social), with a strong track record of using data to measure ROI and improve performance.
  • Experienced in sentiment analysis and competitor monitoring to inform content strategy and identify growth opportunities.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to maintain a cohesive brand voice across public-facing interactions.
  • Adept at managing customer interactions on social platforms, including timely responses to comments and reviews, resolving issues, and escalating feedback when needed.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a passion for building engaged communities through strategic content.
