About The Role

Infoblox is seeking a Social Media Associate Manager to join its Marketing team, reporting to the Director of Corporate Communications. In this role, you will shape and execute the company’s social media strategy across corporate channels, including LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, and more.

You will be responsible for creating engaging content, supporting campaigns, managing daily posts and community interactions, and leveraging data to optimize performance. This position is remote and offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally with PR, Product Marketing, Events, Employee Engagement, and other teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute Infoblox’s social media strategy aligned with integrated marketing plans
  • Lead daily posting and engagement across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
  • Create and curate compelling content, including short-form videos, graphics, and copy
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure content alignment and messaging consistency
  • Support integrated campaigns and amplify them via agency collaboration and internal stakeholders
  • Drive employee advocacy efforts using tools like GaggleAMP
  • Use performance data and insights to refine content strategy and execution
  • Monitor trends and relevant conversations to inform content direction
  • Provide regular performance reporting and optimize based on engagement analytics
  • Maintain consistency in brand voice and digital presence across platforms

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in social media or digital marketing, preferably in a B2B, cybersecurity, or networking environment
  • Demonstrated experience managing social platforms with platform-specific content strategies
  • Proven ability to use analytics and data to inform content and campaign decisions
  • Familiarity with tools such as GaggleAMP, Brandwatch, Cision, and Canva
  • Experience with employee advocacy and influencer/partner engagement strategies
  • Background supporting integrated marketing initiatives through social media channels
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
