This fully remote position provides the flexibility to work from anywhere while making a lasting impact in the digital world.


What You'll Do:


Creative Content Strategy & Brand Building:

  • Develop engaging, innovative, and high-impact social media strategies tailored to each client's brand voice and business objectives.
  • Craft compelling brand stories that drive emotional connections and long-term audience loyalty.
  • Oversee the creation of visually stunning and thought-provoking content, ensuring a cohesive and premium brand experience.

Campaign Leadership & Execution:

  • Plan and execute creative marketing campaigns across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging digital channels.
  • Lead content-driven advertising with a strong emphasis on storytelling, visual aesthetics, and organic reach.
  • Experiment with interactive content formats such as reels, short videos, influencer collaborations, and experiential digital campaigns.

Community Building & Audience Engagement:

  • Create and nurture engaged online communities by fostering meaningful conversations and interactions.
  • Oversee timely and authentic engagement with followers, influencers, and industry peers to strengthen brand presence.

Data-Driven Performance Optimization:

  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure engagement, growth, and campaign success.
  • Identify content trends, optimize posting schedules, and refine strategies to maximize organic reach and audience retention.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Innovation:

  • Work closely with designers, content creators, and marketing strategists to ensure alignment in brand messaging and aesthetics.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging social platforms, and innovative digital storytelling techniques.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven expertise in social media marketing, content strategy, and brand storytelling.
  • A creative mindset with a strong understanding of visual and narrative branding.
  • Experience with multi-platform content creation, including short-form videos, reels, and interactive content.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to guide creative teams and external collaborators.
  • Analytical proficiency in social media metrics, audience insights, and content performance tracking.
  • Experience in working with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, social media scheduling tools, and AI-driven content solutions.
  • A portfolio showcasing past work in brand-building and creative campaigns is highly recommended.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary: 4.8 LPA to 5.4 LPA (in-hand) + Performance-based Incentives.
  • Fully remote work environment with flexible hours (Monday-Friday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Half-day Saturday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM).
