Built on a culture of creative strategy, brand alignment, and performance analytics, the agency relies on structured social media management to deliver high-impact results. In this remote role, you will take direct ownership of multi-account social media operations—scheduling content, fostering community engagement, maintaining flawless messaging, and tracking audience analytics to scale brand reach.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and publish engaging content across multiple client accounts using Vista and other social media management platforms.
• Actively monitor social channels, respond promptly to audience messages, and manage brand engagement.
• Review all post copy and visual assets to guarantee grammatical precision, accurate formatting, and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Monitor, track, and report on overall social media account growth and performance metrics.
• Collaborate closely with the internal strategy team on creative direction, content execution, and platform optimization.
• Compile and deliver comprehensive monthly performance reports highlighting key audience insights and growth outcomes.

Must-Have Requirements

• Proven, verifiable track record of growing, scaling, and optimizing social media accounts across major platforms.
• Deep, practical understanding of audience engagement techniques, community building, and industry best practices.
• Strong proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and performance reporting frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with exceptional attention to grammatical accuracy.
• Reliable home office setup, including updated computer equipment, a quiet workspace, and stable high-speed internet connectivity.

Nice-to-Have Requirements

• Hands-on experience utilizing Vista or similar social media scheduling and management platforms.
• Demonstrated background managing multiple client accounts simultaneously in an agency setting.
• Working knowledge or baseline experience with graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
