Compensation
$325.00 to $900.00 per client. Rate is dependent on skill set, experience and specific client requirements.

Responsibilities
• Build and manage monthly content calendars for client brands
• Write engaging, on-brand copy tailored to each platform
• Create graphics and video that are inline with client branding and or direct internal design team when needed
• Schedule, publish, and monitor posts using tools like Later, Buffer, or Hootsuite
• Respond to comments and DMs as needed, following each brand’s tone
• Monitor trends and apply them creatively to client content
• Pull monthly analytics and write clear performance reports with strategic insights
• Work directly with our project manager and creative team to align social strategy with broader marketing goals
Requirements
• Must be based in the United States (Preference is given to Baltimore – Washington DC Metro area candidates)
• 3+ years managing social media for brands or agencies
• Familiarity with storytelling, brand voice, and performance marketing fundamentals
• Solid understanding of KPIs like reach, engagement rate, CTR, and conversions
• Strong copywriting skills and attention to detail
• Ability to shoot and edit basic video clips for platforms like Instagram or TikTok
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Pages, and TikTok for Business
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Express
• Comfortable working in Slack, Trello, and Google Workspace
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Super cool portfolio showing work samples
o Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Figma and or Affinity Photo
