Scope of Work

Oversees planning, creation, and management of CCPA English and foreign-language social media platforms, leading content strategy, creative design, technical upkeep, and analytics. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Oversee planning and execution of CCPA English and foreign-language social media platforms and supervise Regional Media Analysts on region-specific plans. Develop, synchronize, and publish frequent social media posts, maintaining consistent messaging during crisis events. Analyze performance data (viewership, followership, regional trends) and prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations. Ensure security compliance across platforms and regularly review access protocols and account security.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Secret clearance at time of award, with eligibility for TS/SCI U.S. citizenship; fluent English
