Above & Beyond Complete Grounds Maintenance is seeking a Part-Time Social Media & Marketing Manager to showcase our work, strengthen our online presence, and bring projects to life across digital platforms.

This role includes managing content for Facebook and Instagram, planning a content calendar, capturing and editing photos and videos of completed projects, and updating the company website. On-site work is required to accurately represent our services.

• Experience managing social media for a business or brand.
• Strong writing, photography, video editing, and content creation skills.
• Eye for detail, quality, and professional presentation.
• Creativity balanced with brand understanding.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Ability to plan ahead, meet deadlines, and take direction from leadership.
• Experience in landscaping/home improvement is a plus.
• Experience with WordPress, Canva, CapCut, Analytics, CRM Software, and Metricool preferred.

Above & Beyond Complete Grounds Maintenance is looking for a Part-Time Social Media & Marketing Manager to help showcase our work, strengthen our online presence, and bring our projects to life across digital platforms.

We specializing in landscaping, lawn care, swimming pool installation, patios, retaining walls, and custom outdoor living spaces. We take pride in the quality of our work, and we want our online presence to reflect that same level of professionalism.

What You'll Do

• Manage and create content for our social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
• Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar.
• Capture and edit photos and videos showcasing completed projects, before-and-after transformations, and behind-the-scenes work.
• Create engaging Reels and educational content that highlights our expertise and services.
• Update and maintain our company website.
• Develop creative ideas that align with our brand, target audience, and business goals.
• Monitor engagement and performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work collaboratively with our team to gather project information, coordinate content, and ensure everything represents our company professionally.

• Experience in landscaping, construction, home improvement, outdoor living, or other visual industries is a plus.
• Experience with WordPress, Canva, CapCut, Analytics, CRM Software, and Metricool preferred.
• Part-time, in-house position
• Pay: $25.00 per hour
• Reports directly to the Office Manager
• Must be available to work on-site to collaborate with our team and capture photos and videos of company projects.
