The social media manager will partner with content, design, and demand-generation teams to build, launch, and measure multi-channel social campaigns that elevate brand authority in the technology sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organic social media strategy across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and YouTube
• Create, write, and schedule daily content including thought leadership posts, product updates, and engaging short-form video concepts
• Monitor social channels, engage with the community, and manage incoming inquiries or escalations in real time
• Track social analytics using tools like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, and native platform dashboards to report on reach, engagement, and share of voice
• Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-performing visual and written assets on schedule
• Run experiments with new formats, trending audio, and interactive features to continually optimize organic reach

What We Are Looking For

• 3-6 years of professional social media management experience within B2B or B2C technology companies
• Demonstrated portfolio of successful organic social campaigns with measurable audience growth and engagement metrics
• Expertise with social media management and analytics tools (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer, GA4)
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into punchy, audience-appropriate content
• Bonus: Experience managing paid social campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta, or hands-on graphic design and video editing skills using Canva or Premiere Pro
