• Ensure brand consistency in tone, voice, and messaging across all platforms.
• Write compelling and engaging copy for social media, including short-form captions and long-form content.
• Monitor platforms, engage with the audience, and build a strong online community.
• Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and emerging AI technologies.
• Create and oversee content production (video, photo, graphics) independently and with the creative team.
• Analyze performance metrics and report insights to optimize strategy.

Cardone Capital is seeking a Social Media Manager with a strong foundation in content creation, strategy, and storytelling, along with an understanding of AI tools and a willingness to continuously learn and adapt. This role is ideal for a proactive, creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving digital environment.

The right candidate is both strategic and hands-on—capable of managing high-level social media direction while also executing content. They are curious about emerging technologies, especially AI, and excited to leverage them to improve efficiency, creativity, and performance.

Candidates must submit a portfolio showcasing social media content they have worked on, including but not limited to photos, videos, captions/copy, graphics, and campaigns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or relevant experience
• 3+ years of experience in social media management preferably in real estate
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, etc.) and a strong willingness to learn and adopt new technologies
• Experience with social media management platforms such as Sprout Social, HubSpot, etc.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
• Basic design and content creation skills
• Analytical mindset with strong time-management abilities
• Understanding of SEO and digital content optimization
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
