Qualifications

• A portfolio showing accounts you have personally run and video you have personally shot and edited.
• Real shooting ability with a phone or camera and editing in Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, or equivalent.
• Strong writing to match different brands' voices.
• Comfort working on location in kitchens and loud jobsites.
• Organized enough to manage multiple brands and meet launch dates.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends for openings and events.

Responsibilities

• Own the content calendar for Wingbay, Dripped, Goldbeam Construction, and the corporate account.
• Shoot photo and video on location several days a week.
• Edit short form video for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts with fast turnaround.
• Write captions and copy in each brand's distinct voice.
• Publish and schedule across multiple channels.
• Manage community; respond to comments and DMs, escalate customer service issues.
• Plan and cover launches: openings, grand openings, limited-time offers, seasonal promotions.
• Track performance monthly and report what worked and what to adjust next month.
• Coordinate shoots with other departments so filming does not disrupt service.
• Hold the line on brand standards across every account: logo, color, tone.

About the role

Own the day to day voice and visual output of every brand in the group. This is a hands on seat, not a strategy seat. You run the calendar and you also hold the camera. If you like planning content more than making it, this is not the job.

What you will do

• Own the content calendar for every brand in the group: Wingbay, Dripped, Goldbeam Construction, and the Nasser Holdings corporate account
• Shoot photo and video on location several days a week
• Edit short form video for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, with fast turnaround
• Write captions and copy in each brand's distinct voice

• Manage community. Respond to comments and direct messages, and elevate real customer service issues to the right department.
• Plan and cover launches: new store openings, grand openings, limited time offers, and seasonal promotions
• Track performance monthly and report what worked, what did not, and what changes next month
• Coordinate shoots with other departments so filming does not disrupt service
• Hold the line on brand standards across every account: logo use, color, photography style, and tone

What we are looking for

• A portfolio. We are hiring on the work, not on years of experience. Show us the accounts you have personally run and the video you have personally shot and edited.
• Real shooting ability with a phone or camera, and editing in Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, or equivalent
• Strong writing. Different brands need different voices and you have to be able to hear the difference.
• Comfort working on location. Kitchens are hot, jobsites are loud, and the good shot is almost never from the doorway.
• Organized enough to run several brands at once without dropping a launch date
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends for openings and events

Nice to have

• Food and beverage or restaurant content experience
• Franchise system experience, especially producing assets that franchisees actually use locally
• Lighting and food styling skills
