Role Overview:
We’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager who lives and breathes fashion and knows how to turn scrolls into sales. You’ll be responsible for leading our brand’s social voice, building a strong online community, and driving engagement across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a compelling social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, X (Twitter), Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Create, curate, and schedule visually striking content that aligns with our brand identity and seasonal campaigns.
- Collaborate with in-house creative, marketing, and design teams for product launches, influencer collaborations, and campaigns.
- Engage daily with followers, influencers, and brand fans to build community and customer loyalty.
- Track analytics and KPIs to optimize content, increase reach, and drive conversions.
- Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates, and viral fashion moments to keep our content fresh and relevant.
- Manage influencer relationships, gifted campaigns, and user-generated content strategy.
- Oversee social media calendars, brand voice consistency, and aesthetic cohesion.
- Coordinate with eCommerce and PR teams to align on product pushes and brand messaging.
- Attend shoots and in store events.
What You Bring:
- 2–4 years of social media experience in the fashion space.
- Deep understanding of fashion trends, visual storytelling, and online culture.
- Expertise in Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and influencer marketing.
- Strong copywriting skills with a distinct, on-brand tone of voice.
- Proficiency with design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Later, Sprout, Meta Business Suite).
- Strong aesthetic sense and knowledge of current fashion market.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
Nice to Have:
- Photography or video editing skills.
- Experience with paid social campaigns.
- Familiarity with Shopify.
- Understanding of fashion markets relevant to the brand.
