Position Overview

We’re seeking a Social Media Manager to oversee and execute high-quality social media campaigns for a portfolio of clients. You’ll be responsible for content planning, communication, analytics, and helping clients grow their brand presence across platforms. This is a client-facing, results-driven role where attention to detail and creativity go hand in hand.

Location: N High Street, Columbus, OH (In-Person)

Hours: Full-Time: Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Training period is part-time, then transitions to full-time)

Compensation: $17 an hour (Compensation may increase based on strong performance, client satisfaction, and client retention)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage monthly content calendars for multiple client accounts
• Coordinate content creation (copywriting, visuals, reels, etc.) that aligns with brand goals
• Schedule and publish posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Build and manage social media advertising campaigns, including setup and implementation
• Monitor performance and optimize campaigns based on insights and trends
• Lead monthly reporting calls to review analytics, KPIs, and upcoming strategy
• Communicate with clients to gather approvals, share updates, and discuss goals
• Develop and implement strategies to grow followers and engagement
• Stay on top of trends, platform updates, and best practices

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in social media marketing (agency experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of Meta Business Suite, Instagram Reels, and paid ads
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
• Comfortable managing multiple brands and meeting deadlines
• Familiar with performance reporting and basic analytics tools
• Strategic thinker with a creative eye and attention to detail
